Bridal Shower :: Inspiration

Yesterday, I attended my first bridal shower of summer wedding season. It was for my cousin-in-law who is getting married June 30th. We made her custom wedding invitations {more on those later} and her custom shower invites, pictured below::

It was a beautiful shower full of some fun girl time! It started at 4, so the food was light, but delicious! The menu included single-serve veggie cups with ranch (LOVE THESE, such a good idea) homemade jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, smoked tri-tip, sliced baguette, and a delicious feta dip. Drinks were a raspberry champagne punch and sparkling cider. The dessert offering was perfect & yummy; chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, heart shape sugar cookies with the bride and grooms initials, and adorable wedding dress cookies in a celo bags to take home for later, simply adorable! & since I forgot my camera, below are some inspiring images of food similar to what was served.

The shower was truly perfect & a great day celebrating the soon to be bride, congrats Courtney! We're all looking forward to the wedding in a couple weeks, and I will remember my camera!
